sir,i have applied for termination and sent form no.109 to icai,but i didnt got reply from icai since one month.should i wait for some more days?or to whom should i contact ,plz sugst me

then meet the concerned icai officer in your nearest regional chapter of icai where u submitted the form 109.

At present generally it taking 2 to 3 months time to receive communication from ICAI. However you can check your termination status with the help of your employer's membership no and date of birth and region of the employer under the following link

use the above detail at the above link if on such you find out your name shall gone under the articleship completed/termination list then your termination accepted by the ICAI and with the help of that you can re-join for articleship at another member of ICAI where you want to join, But you have to wait for the receipt of communication from ICAI because of to know the excess leaves with the old employer if any, because of for re-registration of articleship you have to register balance period of articleship including excess leaves.
As well as post your query at e-sahayaataa they will help you regarding your termination status and may also indicate excess leaves if any.

you dont need to wait for icai approval,,you can join with other employer and send form 103
along with a covering letter specifying facts of your case..and request complete process asap
Note:attach letter prior permission of icai obtained if transfer is after 1 year of articles
