hey guys i have a doubt regarding articleship registration under direct entry scheme, the nine months of articleship which is compulsory to be eligible to appear for the ipcc xams, so these nine months should be completed before last date of filling up of examination form or before the actual date of examination. its very urgent guys please reply ASAP

Nine months should be completed ON THE FIRST DATE ON WHICH THE EXAMS ARE HELD.
I.e, On Nov 1/ May 1, you should have completed the nine months of articles. Not on the date of filling the forms.

Thank you very much Sir, i have another doubt i registered under a CA on 13th nov 14 and took transfer on 31st march 15
then i joined another CA on 19th May 15 and currently registered under the same CA so
13th Nov- 31st March
19th May- 01st Nov
these r my dates sir, so taking into consideration the above dates have i completed my 9 Months of training?
and am i eligible for the nov 15 attempt I had also taken a leave of 24 days. so these days be added as extension in the future date or it would be deducted while calculating d period of 9 months
and i am not able to calculate my 9 Months period
so feeling bit confused

Yes. You are eligible for the Nov 2015 Exams.
Period Served by you= 138+165= 303 days
Eligible leave= 303/6= 50.5 days
Leave taken by you= 24 days(as you said)
So. You've completed 9 months of articles.
And you're eligible for Nov 2015 exams.
