i did my articleship registration but due to time clash it didn't happen will it affect my articleship prd? whether i have to fill form 103 also again?

Articleship period starts from the date of confirmation mentioned in the confirmation letter sent by the ICAI. If you have not sent your articleship registration letter then your service will not be counted as article before confirmation.
