09 December 2013 My articleship has not been yet registered due to problems in form 112. So can i waive off this and register newly with new CA and new form 103. Since i need transfer and i have not been registered i am planning to do this. Is it right thing? can i waive off existing articleship and registered with a new one??

09 December 2013 the problem in 112 is related to time clash in college and office timings.....
this can be sorted as per icai rules..i need to take a transfer rather make corrections...please help me in that regards..
