Pls let me know that if I am on leave for a complete month then how many absent will be counted.... 30 days or 23 days( excluding saturday & sunday).

If you are on leave for the complete month even the Saturdays and Sundays and also the holidays of that particular month will be calculated as Leave days. So the entire 30 days period will be considered as absent.

But as per training guide while calculating available leave weekly holidays should be excluded from the leave taken....
