I have passed my PE II Group 1 and coverted for IPCC as per the new regulation.
When iam eligible to appear for the IPCC 2nd Group.

if you register now then u can eligible for next attempt.
and one thing it is not grp to grp exemption it is subject based exemption.
that means you will get exemptions for accounts , Law and auditing in IPCC
