Hiii,
I want to take transfer in third year of articleship is it possible? Is it possible if i took transfer for joining firm not for Industrial undertaking???
please replay early..

Yes, you can take transfer and you can join at CA Firm.

First request to the ICAI on a white paper with the reason to take termination after receipt of acceptance by the ICAI of your transfer then submit form 109 and after receipt of acceptance of form 109 by the ICAI then re-register your articleship with another employer where you want to continue your articleship.
I don't know why do you want to take transfer of your articleship my suggestion is if any chance please don't take transfer because of you are almost completion stage of articleship so you very soon complete your articleship and due to the transfer process almost 6 months time will lapse you because of getting acceptance and confirmation from ICAI taking so much time nearly 2 to 3 months for each stage of confiramtaion then almost your articleship will complete by that period. So if any chance then don't prefer tranfer at this time( However i don't know why and which reason you want to take transfer).
