my friends auditor is getting vacancy on march 7th. .will his registeration be successful if his date of commencement is from 12 th march..or he has to wait for any information from icai to auditor...he will be 10th student. if reg..is there any problem he shuld be faced needed help..

Dear Saikiran,
please ensure that the the principal has duly filed form 108 with the ICAI for outgoing article. only once you are sure about this you should go for articleship registration. there have been cases where because of error at ICAI or principal's side, new registration is accepted due to lack of vacancy.
So kindly ask the principal to check with ICAI before signing Form 102 and 103
