08 July 2020 Hello ...
My articleship got completed on 31st.Jan.2020.But I have extension of 49 days. I got my termination letter from ICAI after filling form 108 nd I was not aware about this extension. I m willing to Serve The same employer in the same firm . I have filled form 107 along with supplementary deed . Now I got a mail from ICAI to maintain a monthly Practical Training Record and submit the reqd. facts in Practical Training report in Form 108.
So. I request you all hereby to share your views ASAP so that I can proceed with the formalities....

08 July 2020 In case of excess leave
you need to submit two Form 108

1.)First will be submitted on last date of articleship which was supposed to be completed i.e date which was mentioned while registering for articleship

After Submission of first 108 you need to submit 107 supplementry deed of articleship indicating excees leave that needs to be served further

2.)After serving period of excees leave you need to submit again Form 108 indicating details of training only for excess period
(please note only after submitting form 107, second Form 108 will be enabaled on your Self Service portal)

But I opened again form 108 on SSB portal then there is no option to fill it again..It was shown as earlier...
So, now what can I do?

10 July 2020 Check whether Form 107 was successfully submitted or not and the same should be visible on your SSP.
if the same is submitted successfully then there might be technical problem raised complain to icai

Plz tell me how to fill form108 after extension for calculation of No. of days worked , If I had taken leave in previous firm was 51 days in case of transfer and in current firm was 147 Days. But I had mentioned in FORM 108 was 147 only in 1st time filing. So that my articleship extension arise. Now, My query is while filing FORM 108 after completion of articleship period then how to calculate no. of weeks served in 3rd year of articleship.
