Articleship excess leave

Hi
I am doing articles under the IPCC (i.e. 3 years) and it will get over on say 6.9.13 and I have worked for 930 days
leaves taken 167 days and
leaves entitled is = 155days days(930/6)
So, excess leaves = 167-155 = 12 days.
I am ready to serve the excess leaves of 12 days.
So, now my question is that whether I need to take fresh articles registration for 12 days, if not what is the alternative? Please help.

There are 2 options or rather rules.
1) If there is any break in completion and serving of excess leaves or change in principal u need to execute deed in form 102 and Form 103 for the excess leaves and form 108 for period already served.
2) if there is no break nor change in principal the execute deed in form 107 and file form 108 for period already served.
