Articleship discontinuing or transfer

03 June 2013 Hi I am the student of IPCE and doing (3 years) articleship with one of the mid size firm. I have completed nearly 2 Years and 9 months articles ship. But now I cant continue same on my own constraint. So is it possible to discontinue the at such stage.My principal is also ready to give me transfer but my 2 1/2 months article is still pending for completion.

Please help me on this.

If I will discontinue within how many months again I have to rejoin it as time gap for joining the same.

BETTER COMPLETE REST OF PERIOD WITH HIM..

OR YOU JUST BE AWAY FROM YOUR OFFICE FOR THAT 2.5 MONTHS AND CONVINCE HIM TO ALLOW AS A WORKED

IF HE DIDN'T DO THAT TAKE LEAVE FOR 2.5 MONTHS AND AFTER COMPLETING 3 YEARS YOU CAN SERVE THE EXTRA LEAVE TAKEN WITH OTHER CA ALSO
