Articleship completion certificate

14 August 2013 Dear sir/madam,
I have completed my articleship period and i recieved a letter from the institute, stating that 'it is taken in our records that you have completed the articles period on 13-01-2013'
I would like to know whether this letter is to be considered as the completion certificate or any other formality to complete to get the certificate.???

14 August 2013 This is the letter which is proof that now u completed the articleship and now when u appear for finals u need to submit this with exam form.
