I have completed my articles on 13 Feb 2011 and serving 40 days of extension. My articles with extension will end on 25 March 2011.
Please advise when and how many forms of 107 and 108 are to be submitted to institute.

If you continuing with the same employer, no need to file the Form 108 for extended period. But you have to file the Form 108 for actual articles period and form 107 for registering the extended period.
If there is a gap in the First articles completion date and date of rejoining for the excess leaves taken, then you have to file again the Form 102 & 103 & 108 for extended period.
In first case : one 108 & one 107
In second case : one 102,103 & two 108

Yes, I am continuing with the same employer.
So is it enough if i send 1 copy of 107 and 1 copy of 108 now and not send anything after completion of extended period?
