articleship and industrial training

Hi
I think I have got the answer for my earlier query. Still I am not clear in certain points.
1. Articleship can be doen under any practicing CA. Now my question is - our company auditor is an individual, practicing CA, registered with ICAI, who is catering to the needs of all the companies (around 8 nos) under our group. Can I undergo articleship under this person who is not running any consulting firms?
2. Ours is a 100% EOU. What are different catagories of companies recognised by ICAI for providing industrial training? Does my company come under this catagory?
3. Can I complete my industrial training in any other compny under our group so that I can have accounting and auditing exp in various fields under the same group and ofcourse under our group auditor?

1) IF HE IS WORKING TO YOUR COMPANY ITSELF AS CA THEN YOU CANT DO ARTICLES UNDER HIM, IF HE IS PRACTICING HAVING HIS OWN FIRM AS PROPRIETOR OR PARTNERSHIP FIRMS THEN ONLY YOU CAN DO ARTICLES UNDER HIM...
