01 April 2008 WHAT IS THE NEW CIRCULAR WHICH IS GOING TO COME IN FUTURE REGARDING ARTICLESHIP. ARE THEY GOING TO MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR TRANSFER DURING ARTICLESHIP.JUST TELL ME WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT?

01 April 2008 Hey not much of an idea but still it is being said that no transfers will be allowed within 6 months of ur joining a firm and transfers within the same city won't be allowed.
I'm not sure about the above restriction's these can be even rumours.

01 April 2008 According to the new circular issued by the ICAI,
the main provisions are as under:
1) minimum 35 hours a week in place of 40 hours.
2) Not before 9 am and not after 7 pm in any circumstance.
3) Normal hours will be 10am to 5pm.
4) Flexibility of articleship timing stands withdrawn, i.e. 10-5 will be binding on an article.
5) No regular course side by side is allowed including graduation.
if already pursuing any regular course, then filling up of form 112 is mandatory and permission of principle of that institute is required.

Rest points are sliping from my mind, u just see the circular for more coverage.
