20 November 2009 One of my friends has faced serious misconduct from his Principal. To be specific he threw shoes at him because he took classes inthe morning denying his order(up to 10.30).
He has left going to office from today as you know after such event even to save ones dignity one can't continue that. How should we deal with that CA.

Yes.

If you feel that he has not voialated the rules then he can surely log a complaint against the pricipal under the Chartered Accountants Regulation.

The consil will deal there of.

20 November 2009 He dont have rights to hit anybody, only he can scold or complaint to icai on him...He can complaint on him in the icai saying he has been done like this to him....no principle cant to like this and spoil the name of ca members.......if has violated also he has no way to do like this....

23 November 2009 He sought permission for transfer and went to complain in ICAI. People at icai say there is no rule or law to accept such complain, the problem has lead to a sort of depression to him. The icai is really giving damn care to student. Going to court is also difficult I feel. Institute says u even cant get a transfer? These people are makin articles like slave? waht should we do? any solution?
