What if franking date and article registration date are not same..means suppose i have started my articleship on 1 oct 2015 but franking date is 1 dec 2015...???
Is form 102 have to sent to icai institute ever means at the time of termination of articleship or not. Or it just between principle and article only..???

Please try to understand the simple yet noble point in the working of ICAI
form 102 : it is deed of articles.
form 103 : it is statement of particulars of articled.
form 103 is to be sent to ICAI.
form 102 is to be kept with principal and articled respectively
When form 103 is sent to ICAI, ICAI presumes that the form 102 is duly executed...(This is the nobility of ICAI)
No questions are asked about form 102 unless it is challenged in due course.....
Now, the point is that the concerned Principal has to decide it by himself/herself whether to entertain such an execution of form 102 where the franking date is 01/12/2015, although articleship has started from 01/10/2015 and still give the presumptive illusion to ICAI that the form 102 is duly executed... In doing so, the principal (s/he) is keeping her/his membership at stake.....
