Dear Sir , I had one query related to my
articleship. I joined my articleship in
28 /08 /2012 and my three years are going to
be completed on 27 .08 .2015 . I have got an
offer letter from ONGC to join within a
couple of days . My querry is whether the
filing of Form 109 by my original principal
affect my CA course . As in afterwards if I
want to complete my pending period of
articled service, would I be able to do it
without any hiccups or would I have to face
any dire circumstances?
