But then I read somewhere
As per regulation 56(1) of The Chartetred Accountant Regulation,1988 shall be permissible as per the grounds as stated below: 1) Transfer of articles is permitted without any restriction during the first year of articles.
What you mentioned about transfer is true but still atleast consent of principal is required.ICAI will not intervene in this issue.Maintain cordial relation with your CA and try to speak to other seniors of your firm.
If nothing works then you can go for secondment of articles and industrial training.
