SIR IS IT IMPORTANT TO DO IN BIG FIRMS IN THE BEGINING OR IS IT FINE IF WE DO IN A SMALL FIRM N THEN TRY FOR BIG FIRM. SINCE I AM IN TYBCOM I AM NOT ABLE TO DECIDE .PLZ HELP

YOU SHOULD GAIN EXPERIENCE AT YOUR LEVEL . SMALL OR BIG IS NOT THE ANY BASE FOR THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN BEING . YOUR OWN WISDOM , EFFORTS AND LUCK WILL ONLY ENLIGHTEN YOU AND TAKE ON THE HIGH RIDE OF CARRIER.
You should consider the exposure offered by a CA firm instead of reputation.No doubt reputation will also work later on but to initiate it is no matter. Keeping in view your own strength & weakness, you should decide where you will be more comfortable. Best of luck.
