30 June 2014 i have completed my articleship but my principal is not giving signature in form 108 please suggest me how to approach the institute regarding this

03 July 2014 first of all you must need some proof that u had compelted your articleship to prove it to icai..... do u have any dear

04 July 2014 his cheque been deposited in my bank account

04 July 2014 and sir even if i dont have proof he is supposed to give me signature till after the date of completion of my articleship in records of institute if he is saying i have not served the period then let he count it as leave i dnt mind

04 July 2014 then you can show that to icai that you had completed your articelship yet your prini. is not approving the same
