hello every one i am doing ca from allahabad n recently cleared ipcc now i have to join the articleship. plz advice me whether it would be beneficial for me to do articleship in delhi or i should do it in my city??..also will it help me in getting job.

what matters is the firm where you do articleship. firms in Delhi/Mumbai will give you more exposure in comparison to firms in Tier-2 cities and towns.

ur basis of selection should be:
1.How many clients handeled by firm?
2.types of clients-corporate, huf, firms, prop etc.
3.leaves for exam given.
4.number of o/s audit?
5. listed co, foreign co etc
6.stipend given.
7.no of partners in firms with their exp
8. type of work taken for audit, accounts, tax,consultancy etc
these are few of them u must keep in mind while selecting even in metro cities...
