26 December 2007 I was undergoing Articleship at a Proprietory Firm for the last six months. My Employer has passed away recently and has not made anyone his legal heir. Now I cannot even submit the form 110 to the institue. What can I do in this Circumstances? Please help. Please reply soon.......

It is not clear from your querry whether the employer of yours does not have spouse [ wife], children or parents. If he is married, Please take a letter from the spouse of the employer. If he is not yet married, check up whether he is having any of the parents and take a letter from them and submit to the institute. If no one is available, Pl go to the Institute and explain the matter to the secretary and You would find some solution.
