24 September 2013 Hi friends.... I have cleared my group 1 of ca ipcc in may 2013. what is the last date for submitting my articleship form for appearing ca final in may 2016.....i also hav another that whether date of joining the articleship or date on which institute receives the form will be considered as date of commencement of articleship..... please reply

24 September 2013 To get May 2016 CA final attempt eligibility you have to start your articleship on or before 31-10-2013. The date which is mentioned in form 103 shall consider as the date of commencement of articleship and you have 30 days grace to submit form 102 and 103 to ICAI from the date of commencement of articleship without payment of any penality. However submission of form 102 and 103 to ICAI is the responsibility of your employer.

Thus you have time to submit form to ICAI upto 30-11-2013 without any penality payment. But commencement of articleship is 31-10-2013 is due date.

24 September 2013 31st Oct,2013 is the last date for the articleship registration,
You must register on or before 31st, Oct 2013 to write the CA Final on May 2016...
