Dear Sir/Madam,
I am in 2nd year of articleship living in Jaipur with family. However, due to some unavoidable reasons, my family is forced to move out of Jaipur.
Please tell me, for approval of ICAI , rent deed is sufficient or not?
If rent deed is not sufficient then, "what i have to attach in case of family's small business".
Please tell me soon.

IT WILL BE ENOUGH,, AND I GUESS ICAI WOULD ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST
along with some grounds which is prescibed by icai for transfer of articleship,,it is clarified that any request of student for transfer of articleship which is reasonable would also be permitted

Then should i attach only rent deed , if my employer didnot approve the same then what i have to do?

Not possible to take transfer with out your boss approval

your request lette rfor transfer of articleship should accompanied by your boss recommendation for transer of your articleship specifying the same reason said by you to icai,,along with some proof to prrove you are shifted

there is no specified format of rent deed. Can i have rent deed from stationery shop?
