if the employer not signed the form 109 then what is the process after this.

You cannot move ahead if your employer not signed in form 109
employer signature is mandatory to take transfer
icai will not interefere in this student and employer mutuall should settle this issue

1)prepare work diary for the period of work done and get it certified by your employer

if i not prepare work diary till the date of transfer then what happen because i not prepare work diary and i m going to take transfer after 7 days.
