21 June 2013 I wanted to know in articleship suppose we take 15 days extra leave than granted i.e. aextra than 1/6 of days worked than for how many extra days we will have to do articleship?

21 June 2013 yes...if there is 15 extra days is there

earned leave in that is 15/6=2 days
so you can work for 13 days

21 June 2013 NO I didnt mean that. see total leve allowed is about 156 days,ok now if I have taken 170 days leave then how many days will my articleship extend and how manny extra days will i have to do extra articleship due my extended 15 days leave

21 June 2013 An article completed 3 years of articleship till now.
So,
Total working days: 365*3 = 1,095 days
Leaves Taken so far = 170 days
Actual period Served = 925 days
Leaves Earned = 1/6th on 925 = 154 days
Excess leave taken=170-154=14 days

so you need to work this 14 days...extraa

leave entitled on this excess leave worked =14*1/6=2

to be worked=12 days

***2days is not a matter...
you can work for 14 days
