transfer in 1st year of articleship is permitted without restrictions.so is it necessary to give one month prior notice to principal and then submit form 109?

Not at all required
transfer in 1st year is allowed with out any restrictions...
only thing to worry is need to take principal signature..if it goes good ..it is completed
send form 109 to institute and also join in other firm and send 103 to icai
