i want to know that is it compulsory to join new firm within 30 days after taking transfer
from previous firm.

There is no such condition. After taking termination/transfer at any time you can join at new firm to complete your balance period of articleship.

Yes, there is no such limit
But your article ship period will be extended for the period of delay in join with new employer
