16 May 2013 sir if we send articleship form to institute before 3-4 days and after that we dont want to continue articleship with that firm by some reasons then can we cancel the form earlier sent
principle also agree to give trans. but trans. can be given after registration it takes time
please guide me

16 May 2013 As per my knowledge it may not be possible to do so..

however you are permitted to take transfer with in one year and atleast after 6 months of aricleship..

no need of any icai prior approval in this case subject to principal should accept for this

but if you want to cancel now it self just consult ICAI regional branch and get solutions from the officials concerned
