i am a CA final student and i was registered under a chartered accountant for articleship in the year 2011 being an ipcc passed student my articleship tenure should be 3 years but my deed is been signed for three and half years what should i do now ...

In form 103 for which period you mentioned your articleship training period. I.e is you mentioned it for 3 years or for 3 and halfy years.

i mentioned three and half years and the date of termination on the identity card issued by icai is wriitten according to three and half period

Then please check the articleship registration letter which is sent by the ICAI. If such letter also indicating articleship registered for 3 and half years then please contact the institute for the solution they only help you.
