I m working in MNC. I want to do CA. I hav not yet cleared Ipcc. I cant leave jo job due to responsibilities.. If i do a dummy articleship then is there a chance it will be identified or traced post articleship ?and if traced what would be the concequences ? Due to current job i pay tax.. PF is deducted. And its my strong wish to do CA.

After passing IPCC Group I,you can join with practicing CA for Articles.Dummy is not legal/justified.Make some alternative arrangement for financial support.Some CA firms give stipend above 5k/9k.For three years, you have to do articles but you can try other sources of earning during the articles without disturbing the Office Hours. I agreed with reply.And if u take dummy articleship,in future you identified ,our institute will cancel your CA certificate. It wiill given back only when you complete your articleship legally.
