16 October 2012 I m working in MNC. I want to do CA. I hav not yet cleared Ipcc. I cant leave jo job due to responsibilities.. If i do a dummy articleship then is there a chance it will be identified or traced post articleship ?and if traced what would be the concequences ? Due to current job i pay tax.. PF is deducted. And its my strong wish to do CA.

16 October 2012 After passing IPCC Group I,you can join with practicing CA for Articles.Dummy is not legal/justified.Make some alternative arrangement for financial support.Some CA firms give stipend above 5k/9k.For three years, you have to do articles but you can try other sources of earning during the articles without disturbing the Office Hours. 16 October 2012 I agreed with reply.And if u take dummy articleship,in future you identified ,our institute will cancel your CA certificate. It wiill given back only when you complete your articleship legally.
