15 October 2012 I m a married person. Want to persue CA. Have not cleared IPCC yet.. Doing a job in MNC. Is there any chance if i can complete articleship without leaving job ?

I don't think that you can complete it without leaving the Job.

As you will have to buy with the T&C of Icai

16 October 2012 The only option is Taking a Dummy.
But it will be against the Rules of ICAI.

16 October 2012 Thanx a bunch for spending ur valuable time to advise me. But if i do a dummy then wont be there any issue in future as i pay tax n PF is deducted ?

19 October 2012 Yes One can do Articleship wihtout leaving job and without Dummy.

the condition with the Article ship is one had to be in the office and must serve 35 hrs in the week. you can do a job which does not coinside with your articleship timing.
before going forthiss confirm wiht institute write email to eshayaata.
