i m bcom graduate and cleared cpt m i eligible to start my articleship according to icai notification without clearing ipcc

Yes u can start ur articleship on registration
As per the amendment in Regulation 17 n 50 it says
Provided also that a candidate who is a graduate or post
graduate and has been exempted from passing the Common
Proficiency Test shall be eligible to three years of articles training on
his registration to the Intermediate (Integrated Professional
Competence) Course.”.
Also pls confirm this with ur nearby ICAI chapeter or office. and u can get details on ICAI.org abt this amendment in announcement made on 2nd August.
