20 July 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,

I have registered for articleship on 30/03/2009. Due to some personal problem i have applied for termination on 1/07/2010, and joined for job in one company. But termination has been rejected from institute due to some invalid reason in the month of November 2010 and sent one letter for my continuation of articleship in same firm. But i have not joined back to the same firm for continuation of my articleship due to some problem. Now i want to continue my CA and articleship with some other Chartered accountant. Is it possible to continue..?? Can i take transfer from old firm to new firm??. Now i don't have eligibility for writing final exam. Kindly let me know what i have to do.

20 July 2012 For full clarity over this issue, i suggest you to personally contact the institute.

They will guide you further.

Make sure that you have the transfer letter from your earlier principal.

Unless you have the transfer letter you cannot join any other firm in continuity.

20 July 2012 When i was applying for termination there was no transfer option easily. So i dint apply for transfer, i have applied only for termination. So i dont have any transfer letter.

20 July 2012 Please share your correct situation with institute.
Please state that you had stopped the articleship from July 2010 and you completed the training for 13 months.
You will be required to show the proof of stipend for this period.
