15 January 2011 I am an article assistant going to complete my 3 nd half years articleship. But my leave is excess from 180 days what are the procedures for the extended period

17 January 2011 If you will write in your Form No. 108 more than 180 leave then institute will issue a later for extension of article ship for excess days and then in that case you need to register for that period as an article.

So its better to convince your Principal and request him to write leave within limit.
