WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR ARTICLESHIP TRANSFER??
HOW MANY FORM 102 103 109 TO BE FILLED?
ARE THERE ANY OTHER ENCLOSURES?
IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT WITHIN WHICH I HAVE TO FIND MY NEW EMPLOYER?

1)take signature of your boss in form 109
2)send form 109 with in 30 days from date of transfer
3)icai prior permission for transfer not required for transfer during 1st year of articleship
4)re-join with other ca and send form 103 to icai with in 30 days of joinining , now need to wait for icai approval for transfer
5)no time limit for re-joining with other employer but in such case your articleship period will be extended for period of delay
