25 May 2013 sir i m working a firm and completed 8 months but i want to change the firm with in city can i change whats the procedure any body can send me correct detail and gauid

25 May 2013 Yes you can take transfer from ur principal

take 109 and get it signed with ur principal
and send to icai with in 30 days of date of transfer along with id card obtained under previous employer

27 May 2013 thank u sir but i did not get id card i have only sro no is it possible to transfer and how many days have to register an other firm to continue my articleship and sir those my 8 months can include or not......????

27 May 2013 you have to register rest of period with another auditor i.e,3 years less period already served under old employer

no time period prescribed for re-joining with another employer but your articleship closing date is extended for the period of delay
