19 November 2016 Hello, Im in articleship 2nd year and due to unfoseen circumstances i will now have to relocate to another place 300 kms away frm my present location. I talked to my principal auditor and he was kind enough to grant me termination. I wrote a letter to ICAI requesting permission for change in Articleship and enclosed my auditors acceprance along with the letter. Its been more than a month and I havent received any confirmation from the institute aswell. I dropped a mail to the institute and havent received a reply yet... I tried contacting them over phone but neither once did they attend a call... what should i do now... how do i know if the institute received the letter and they permitted the change in articleship. usually how long does it take to receive a confirmation from the institute.. kindly advice me. thank You

19 November 2016 It would be wise enough now you must take all the copy of documents u submitted to icai & visit to the regional chapter of icai where you submitted the same & seek clarification for same.This will put an end to your doubts.
