20 October 2013 Sir,i hav sent my form no.103 in july fr my regstration.bt i gt letter frm icai that alrdy 10membrs are undrtaking artcls undr my sir as per ther records.bt in reality a grl has alrdy takn termintn in 2010 .bt stil her name is appearg in icai records.plza sugst me sir wt to do.?to whom shld i contct to icai .plz sm1 hlp me to go through this

20 October 2013 It is your boss to take action in this regard..

ask your boss to call that girl and ask here to send articleship completion forms,and at the same time ask your boss to inform about the same to icai
..
.
once she sends her completion forms then only you can get registered under his name,,

21 October 2013 K TNX SIR..the prblm is she has alrdy snt her
108 in 2010. Bt still her name is appearing in ICAI records..And i hav joind here in july,2013..If i snd agn her 108 to icai,does my artcls period l b considered?

21 October 2013 ask your boss to send a letter to icai in his letter head asking to updated her details and ask him to update you under his membership number

things will go faster if he can do this job

however make a call to icai and ask their guidence in this regard,, reason may be there is want of documents from her,,however confirm the same by making call to icai
