I am re registering my articles. I have form 103 which is obtained to me in post when i send dd of Rs.50 for identity card in october 2013. Instead of sending me identity card,they posted me registration forms. Can i use that forms to re register my articles now? Those will be valid for my registration now.please help me

Registration forms of 2013 are valid for re registration now.. Or shall i have to download it and send Rs.50 dd again
