Articles over but form-112 yet not submitted.what to do?

22 September 2011 Dear All,

I joined my CA in april,07 and subsequently joined CS also in August,07.But i have not filled Form 112 till date.
Now i want to fill form-112 but the form reuires signature of principal CA(under whom article is served)but my articles got over in Oct,10.Now my CA is saying if he signes it will be wrong on his part to do so.I am confused what to do as institute says we need form-112
What to do please suggest immediately.

Also pls lt me know what is the penalty in this case?!
and how can i minimize the damage on my carrier.!

24 September 2011 Submit it now and do not forget to pay the fine. This will remove all your worries. If C.A. is not signing then complain in the ICAI.

25 September 2011 Sir, I have already completed my training last yr in oct,2010,so my ca is thpugh ready to sign the form.But,
Now the institue is saying that they wont accept the form 112,because it was to be submited before completion of articles, and have asked me to present my case at the time of applying for membership,subject to completion of ca final examination.

25 September 2011 Sir, also the insitute has told me that i will be banned for 1 year for the default in not filing the form 112 in time as the delay witll be of 5 years if i clear my exam next may,2012 and apllies for membership.

also the institute has said that my case will be dealt by members committe alone,but the problum is i dont hve any thing in writing by the institute for what they are telling me.
what is the correct procedure pls help.

and what should i do .
