01 June 2013 I am doing B.com currently. I have passed my IPCC and wish to join articleship. Do I have to intimate the ICAI by filling form 112. Is there general permission to pursue B.com. or do I have to get specific permission

01 June 2013 Yes, you need to take permission from icai

it can be taken in form 112 which needs to be send to icai along with form 103 which is required to send for articleship registration,

and icai will allow you to pursue b.com during articleship if you are doing distance b com or your college timings will not clash with office timings

01 June 2013 there is no restrictions on cpt and ipcc students in pursuing additional course

only restriction on pursuing additional course is during articleship of student

generally student is expected to attend for work 9 am to 6 pm so in this timings he should not attend for classes
