Dear Sir,
I took transfer from my previous principal (with in 1 year)and joined with the new principal after 34 days from the date of transfer/termination. My query is that what is the due date for submission of FORM 103 (after transfer)to the Institute?If any notification/link available please attach the link.
Date of termination : 25/02/2013
Date of joining : 01/04/2013(with new principal)
Is there any arises in the future for extension of my Final attempt?
Please advice me sir.

You shall submit form 103 with the ICAI on or before 1/5/2013 with out paying any penalty for late sumission.
Please provide your original date of starting of articleship i.e commencement of articleship date with the old employer to deside and confirm is any future extension for your Final attempt due to termination.
