Hi All
I have joined as a Articled Assistant in a Audit firm last year. My Principal Partner retiring from the Firm from Sept 2012. What is my position ? Can I join again in the firm as Articled Assistant or go with Principal Member ? Pls Help on this

You have to take the transfer by filling the form 109.

You have the option to get registered in the same firm under some other partner or register in some other firm.
