27 February 2010 my article want to take the transfer to the puna 250 km away from aurangabad(present place)by showing the reason that he is going to stay with his uncle at pune let me know which formalities as well as proofes to be obtained and further the rules of icai of transfer in general particularly regarding circumstances in which transfer is allowed

U need to get the application from ur article with above reason mentioned in it.
Secondly along with Form 109 u need to attach application.
this is the general procedure.

If the institute finds any problem i.e. needs some clarification then u and ur article have to clarify it.
