I have been recruited in Grant Thornton in BRS (Business Risk Services) Deptt as article. I just want to know the scope of BRS in future. Is it fine to spend 3 yrs of training period in BRS deppt

BRS will continue to be important for business even in future. It may diversify into different branches and specialisation at a later stage. (For example specialising in commodity - oil - futures, etc)
From the entry you will take 2 years time to gain a good understanding of the subject. It may be advisable to branch into something else along with BRS after 2 years.
However, if you are doing CA (this is not clear from your question), it will be a mistake only to do BRS for 3 years. You surely need to gain good understanding of auditing, accounts and tax.
