It is purely dependent on the kind of exposure you get and the time and effort you put by involving yourself in understanding. There are many emerging areas in this dynamic global environment, it is all left to you what kind of work you get. Some of the emerging areas may be Forensic Audits, International Taxation - DTAA, Litigation practice etc. There is a vast scope for learning and a sea of opportunities, it is up to you how you utilize the kind of task assigned and how best you perform.
