Hello Sir,
I transfer my article ship within 1st year on 17th FEB 2014 and i registered with another CA on 20th FEB 2014,
i received termination letter but till the date i didn't get New registration letter.
so please suggest me for receiving a letter.

since its more then 5 months u must visit the regional chapter of icai near to u and enquire for the same.
