sir/madam I've been registered for ipc course under direct entry scheme as iam commerce graduate, can i join article ship without IIT and Orientation?

no you have to do both before starting articleship

No not possible,,you need to complete ITT and orientation to register as an articleship student
and you will get ca ipcc exam attempt after completing 9 months of articleship
